[00:18.000 - 00:26.000] She didn't lose consciousness, did have her seatbelt on, airbags on the side deployed, but her steering wheel airbag did not. [00:26.000 - 00:32.000] She thinks she may have hit her chest off the steering wheel. Quite a bit of pain in her lower left ribs. [00:32.000 - 00:40.000] Left arm, elbow to wrist is quite painful. No prep, dis, or deformity. It's just very bruised and banged up. [00:40.000 - 00:44.000] Left hip, quite a bit of pain if we palpate it. Right hip's okay. [00:44.000 - 00:47.000] Neurologically, everything's okay. She didn't lose consciousness. [00:47.000 - 00:51.000] Airway and breathing is okay. Lungs are clear. Abdomen seems to be okay. [00:51.000 - 00:56.000] Do have her collar and pelvic binder on just for the injuries. [00:56.000 - 01:02.000] BP currently 155/92. Heart rate is 70. So, all the sinus. [01:02.000 - 01:08.000] Death 100% on one liter. Respiration is about 30. BGL is 6.1. [01:08.000 - 01:13.000] GCS initially is about 14. I think she was just very anxious. It's now up to 15. [01:13.000 - 01:16.000] A little bit of blood in her nose and she was covered head to toe in blast. [01:16.000 - 01:21.000] So, we do have all of her clothes off right now. [00:06.000 - 00:12.000] A half tonne coming out of her about 100 km/h hydroplane right up the side of her vehicle. [00:12.000 - 00:15.000] Quite a bit of intrusion to the driver's side, front to back. [00:15.000 - 00:20.000] Her side curtain airbags went off, front one in the steering wheel did not. [00:20.000 - 00:24.000] She doesn't think she hit the front of her head off or anything, but she has quite a bit of chest pain. [00:24.000 - 00:26.000] As well as pain in the back of her head. [00:26.000 - 00:32.000] She's fine, she's just sore and she has spinal issues anyway, so all the way down her back she's just sore. [00:32.000 - 00:35.000] Neurologically everything is okay, she didn't lose consciousness. [00:35.000 - 00:43.000] Vitals right now, BP is 155/92, heart rate is 70, restoration is about 40, but she's quite anxious. [00:43.000 - 00:48.000] Sat-thon, 2 litres, 100%, GCS of 15. [00:48.000 - 00:51.000] Initially it was about 14, but she's cleared up some. [00:51.000 - 00:53.000] I failed her at 3 just for the mechanism. [00:53.000 - 00:57.000] Other injuries, left hip is quite sore. [00:57.000 - 01:01.000] No real piercing or deformity, we have a pelvic binder on though. [01:01.000 - 01:06.000] And her left arm, wrist, elbow, everything is just very sore to touch. [01:06.000 - 01:09.000] No real deformity, it's just very bruised and banged up.
