[00:12.000 - 00:16.000] He passed out according to his wife. It lasted about 30 seconds to a minute. [00:16.000 - 00:20.000] There was some seizure-like activity. He wasn't incontinent though. [00:20.000 - 00:24.000] He does have a small lack in the back of his head from the fall. [00:24.000 - 00:28.000] There's no other complaints there though. When we got there he had a GCS of about 12. [00:28.000 - 00:32.000] We got him up in the chair. His blood pressure dropped down to 60/46. [00:32.000 - 00:36.000] He was unresponsive. Again for about 30 seconds. [00:36.000 - 00:40.000] He did vomit when he regained consciousness there. [00:40.000 - 00:44.000] Since then he's been complaining of a headache and feeling really really tired. [00:44.000 - 00:48.000] 12 week acting back normal sinus rhythm. [00:48.000 - 00:50.000] GCS now is about 14. [00:50.000 - 00:56.000] Less head violence BP is 126/66. Respiration is about 20/76 for a pulse. [00:56.000 - 01:02.000] SBO2 is 100. BGL is 6.7. He is a diabetic. [01:02.000 - 01:06.000] And will be 36.9 for temp. Will be long in about 4 or 5 minutes.
