[00:09.080 - 00:16.320] She's had it since about 9 o'clock last night, left lower quadrant, wrapping around the left [00:16.320 - 00:17.320] side to her back. [00:17.320 - 00:24.160] She describes it as a constant pressure, like I said 5 out of 10 currently. [00:24.160 - 00:29.440] And she says about every half hour she has a series of sharp stabbing pains in the same [00:29.440 - 00:30.440] area. [00:30.440 - 00:32.440] Nothing seems to ease it. [00:32.440 - 00:38.720] She says last night it seemed maybe a warm bath helped but nothing else. [00:38.720 - 00:45.560] She says that she took Tylenol about between 6 and 8 this morning and Tylenol extra strength [00:45.560 - 00:49.080] but it didn't seem to help much. [00:49.080 - 00:56.560] Her pain was at an 8 out of 10 last night and went down probably about 1030 this morning [00:56.560 - 00:58.560] to about a 5. [00:58.560 - 01:05.920] She was able to get about 3 hours of sleep but other than that she has been having to [01:05.920 - 01:06.920] deal with it. [01:06.920 - 01:12.040] She has been vomiting, she said 10 times or more this morning and she's been bringing [01:12.040 - 01:14.520] up mainly phlegm and bile the last while.
