[00:09.000 - 00:19.000] It is more left-sided in nature. She does describe it as a pressure that radiates into her back and an ache in her left trap. [00:19.000 - 00:31.000] She also describes pressure like in her head, not quite a headache but almost as if she feels like she has high blood pressure. [00:31.000 - 00:41.000] Currently, a patient's blood pressure is 134/78. She had a heart rate of 84, saturations of 99% on room air. [00:41.000 - 00:51.000] Patient's has had a history of anxiety, has had episodes similar in the past which she did get presents in the hospital with and nothing substantiated out of it. [00:51.000 - 00:58.000] She has had increase in stress in her life and the episodes are getting a little more frequent so we're going to have to get checked out.
