Her vehicle, her SUV left the road and hit a tree. All airbags were deployed, unknown speeds. [00:13.000 - 00:22.000] Patient was unresponsive when we found her, unable to answer any questions or anything like that. She is following simple commands such as squeezing hands and things like that. [00:22.000 - 00:31.000] Now, still unable to make any words or form any words. She has had a large goose egg in the middle of her forehead. She's bleeding from the nose. [00:31.000 - 00:41.000] All her teeth look like they're intact. She does have quite a bit of swell outside of her face, especially underneath the right eye. She is getting some bruising and quite a bit of swelling there. [00:41.000 - 00:49.000] She's not leaking any cerebral spinal fluid or anything like that. We do have her collared, unable to find any other injury other than minor cuts and abrasion. [00:49.000 - 01:04.000] She does seem to be having some slack in her left arm. She's not moving it as much. Otherwise, she's rising to pain and if you have a stern holler to her, she kind of tries to flit her eyes open a little bit. [01:04.000 - 01:17.000] Her pupils are equal and reactive. They're large, probably about a five. They are reactive, a little bit sluggish. Lung sounds are equal and clear, bilateral, a little bit shallow at the bases, breathing about 22 rests per minute. [01:17.000 - 01:32.000] We have sinus attack on the monitor. We have a heart rate of 112, blood pressure 140 on 82, stats are 96% on room air. [00:22.000 - 00:29.000] She has been unconscious the entire time with us, able to rouse slightly with pain but otherwise unresponsive. [00:29.000 - 00:33.000] Noticing very many other injuries, she does have some minor abrasion, cuts abrasion. [00:33.000 - 00:38.000] She does look like she has some swelling to her forehead and to her right eye. [00:38.000 - 00:41.000] She is getting quite a bit of swelling, she is bleeding from the nose and mouth. [00:41.000 - 00:43.000] Teeth are all intact, tongue intact. [00:43.000 - 00:46.000] So those are all swallowed. [00:46.000 - 00:50.000] 108 for a pulse, 120 on 82 for a pressure. [00:50.000 - 00:52.000] 97% done on room air. [00:52.000 - 00:54.000] She's looking like sinus tach on the monitor. [00:54.000 - 00:56.000] ATL is 7.3. [00:56.000 - 00:59.000] Thinking that we're taking her to deck for CT.
