[00:22.000 - 00:27.000] There was no loss of consciousness, she did not hit her head, she landed on her right side, [00:27.000 - 00:33.000] and she was complaining of some pain in her lower back and right flank. [00:33.000 - 00:40.000] There's no redness, there's no bruising, there's no broken skin, there's no numbness or tingling to her feet. [00:40.000 - 00:49.000] However, she is feeling a little bit of pain in the groin area, and pain increases when she tries to walk. [00:49.000 - 00:59.000] Initial pressure we had on scene was a little soft at 98 systolic, next pressure we did was a 113. [00:59.000 - 01:14.000] The last pressure, 141 on 82, got a heart rate of 73, respiratory rate of 18, SpO2, room air 95%, PGL of 6.9, temp of 37.2.
