[00:22.000 - 00:27.000] We've given him three rounds of salbutamol and atrovent. He's now at about 28 breaths per minute. [00:27.000 - 00:33.000] Still a little bit wheezy but very shallow. He's patting at 95% on 2 liters via nasal. [00:33.000 - 00:44.000] Heart rate 82, blood pressure 119 on 75, GCS 15. Temp 36.1. He does have COPD.
