[00:36.300 - 00:38.940] There was no obvious deformity or bruising. [00:38.940 - 00:48.480] The patient does have a history of chronic myophagia and pinched nerve as well as degeneration L4, L5. [00:48.480 - 00:56.860] She is COVID positive, so she is on a nasal of 4 liters as well as toradol, 10 milligrams, and antinoxia was given for the extrication. [01:01.620 - 01:11.860] She's satting at 94 currently with that 4 liters nasal, and we're looking at GCS 15, temp 36.3, BGL 7.8.
