Chief complaint would be altered LSC and shortened some breath. Patient is from a nursing home. He was found yesterday. He had a fall. He's had low saturation since then. This is not normal for him. They had him on 02 prongs at 2 liters per minute. [00:20.080 - 00:34.220] Even on 5, he was saturating at about 84-85 with them. Has some audible wheezes at times. He normally is alert and oriented. However, he is giving one word answers and is delayed. They are also inconsistent with assessment. [00:36.440 - 00:52.800] So, he's last set of vitals. Blood pressure 137 on 72. Heart rate is 95. We noticed quite a lot of depression in the 12 lead. He's not showing a lot of signs of infection at this time. However, his SPO2 is 90 on...
