Chief complaint is he is weak and dizzy. He started his day as normal around 12:15 this afternoon and he became suddenly very weak and very dizzy and he needed to lay down. [00:19.440 - 00:40.880] On scene he was complaining of extremely weak and tired, feeling dizzy with shaky vision, tremors and stuttering. He has neck stiffness to the back of his neck. He feels he has no control over his muscles. [00:40.880 - 00:52.880] His fast test had no positive findings. His pupils are sluggish to respond. In the light they are about 4 to 5 millimeters and they are stretching down to 2 millimeters. [00:52.880 - 01:04.880] None of this has ever happened to him before. His vitals are a heart rate of 80. [01:04.880 - 01:12.880] Well, it's pressure 177 on 70. Prior to this last one he was staying up over 200. [01:12.880 - 01:29.880] SpO2 99% on room air. Rest rate 18. TCS 15. PEMP is 363. BGL 7.4. We gave him 4 milligrams of Zofran for nausea and we'll be there in about 10 minutes. | |
