We are currently transporting a 71-year-old female patient who is complaining of fatigue and weakness. [00:14.280 - 00:24.480] But the last couple of days, she's been unable to ambulate virtually at all or very much difficult getting to standing on her own. [00:25.300 - 00:45.740] She's called the ambulance three or four times in the last two days for assistance with lift assist from sliding out of her chair, not fall, but lift from the floor and due to bladder and bowel incontinence, which she had as well this morning. [00:47.100 - 00:56.240] The patient is on day eight of a 10-day tetracycline prescription for polymyalgia rheumatica. [00:56.240 - 01:03.300] And she has been just feeling worse and worse as the time goes on. [01:03.720 - 01:13.620] We do have an IV in her left AC, 18 gauge. Her vitals are currently blood pressure is 104 on 71, heart rate of 95. [01:13.620 - 01:22.540] SpO2, 94 on one liter nasal cannula. It was 90% of room air. Temperature of 38 and BGL of 9.1.
