[00:30.040 - 00:32.700] When we arrive, he's in a lot of discomfort. [00:32.700 - 00:35.420] We notice that his left leg, which is the one that's hurting, [00:35.420 - 00:39.380] is swollen from the tips of his toes to just above his knee. [00:39.380 - 00:41.420] Quite solid. [00:41.420 - 00:42.780] It's very warm to the touch. [00:42.780 - 00:43.720] A little purple. [00:43.720 - 00:46.780] It has decreased cap refill in there. [00:46.780 - 00:49.800] Right now, we have him setting with some endonox, [00:49.800 - 00:52.540] which is taking the pain from a 9 out of 10 down to a 6 out of 10.
